Mindfulness for Stress Reduction

Feeling overwhelmed? Caught up in busyness? Always stressed? Want to learn some simple and effective techniques that don't involve lots of time, energy or money?

Mindfulness for Stress Reduction is one of our most popular courses that we run in the community and is now available as an online session. Perfect for those who want to reduce their stress levels and start their journey with mindfulness - but don't know what it really is or where to begin.

This workshop focuses on understanding stress and learning how to reduce it using Mindfulness techniques. Mindfulness refers to a way of being that encourages us to be in the present moment.

The workshop is research based with lots of opportunity to practice the techniques discussed and take part in activities. The aim of the session is to empower and equip participants with a tool box of ideas of how to incorporate Mindfulness into their lives.

Community Workshops

Our Mindfulness for Stress Reduction Workshops run throughout the year in a variety of locations. This is a 3 hour workshop with new dates added regularly.

Your Community Group

Are you the leader of a community group or organisation whose members would benefit from understanding their stress and learning some tools and techniques to reduce it? The MIND less FULL can deliver its Mindfulness for Stress Reduction in your community group.

Minimum group size: 6
Minimum time: 2 hours (recommended 3 hours)

With Friends

So...we have all been to Tupperware Parties, Candle Parties, Cookware Parties Cosmetic and Perfume Parties (and some of us may have even invited a well-known racy Lingerie company into our front rooms!)

Why not try something different with your friends and host a Mindfulness for Stress Reduction evening? Gather a group of 6 or more friends, provide the drinks and snacks and we will do the rest. Perfect if you want to start your journey with mindfulness but don't know where to begin and who better to do it with than your friends and family? Learn together and support and encourage each other in the following weeks and months to adopt a more Mindful approach to wellbeing.

Whilst delivery is a little more informal the session follows the same structure as our community workshop. The session provides lots of opportunity to practice the techniques discussed and take part in activities. We can even incorporate some Mindfulness techniques into the consumption of nibbles and drinks.

Perfect activity for a group weekend away or as an informative but cosy night in your own home.

Taster Sessions

Do you run a non-profit community group that invites guest speakers to deliver sessions? At The MIND less FULL we like to work with community groups to encourage mindful practices and have worked with many groups including Cadets, Tangent and Rotary.
